We mentor and teach you every aspect of Finding Deals, Analyzing them, Financing and Capital Structuring, Property Valuation Due Diligence, Management and Operations. Multifamily Schooled has a fund and we utilize it to partner with students on deals that make sense. As a mentee, you get access to present deals, we help you analyze them and if they are approved, we can partner with you, help raise money, arrange loan financing, conduct due diligence operations and put in place management.
